I had such a great time with this family. I have known the mom and dad forever, but have finally been able to meet their children. That was such a fun time for me. They were at the end of a family reunion (in fact they said their goodbyes at the studio) and then headed off to each of their own individual parts of the globe. I was glad that were able to get these memories recorded...

Birtcher Family
I had a super time today with this family. You could just tell that they loved each other and loved being in each other company. They had 3 beautiful daughters (from all parts of the US) and a handsome son. Momma Birtcher I bet you are just proud as you can be.
Thanks so much for letting me work with you guys.

A Legacy of Love...
I was asked to take pictures of a friend of mine's mom, Bonnie. I had such a great time. She showed me around her home and I was able to enjoy all of the different things she had done throughout her life. What a woman! She raised 11 children -- at one time she had 3 under the age of 19 months! It makes me tired just thinking about it. At the end of her lineup she was blessed with Ray, a special spirit sent with Down's Syndrome. She told me, she wanted to ALWAYS have a baby and this was her way of having this come true. Thanks Janette for thinking of me. I had a great time.

Down by the River...
This little boy's first name was River so it was only natural that we take pics down by the River. Isn't he cute? He was so mellow and happy -- even after having woken from a nap.
Thanks so much you guys for letting me be a part of your memory-keeping. I had a great time!

... and baby makes three!
This little girl was barely 2 weeks old and was so beautiful! Her parents were so proud of their little Kashmir. She did not like being undressed (she must be a very modest little girl!) and was much happier with her clothes on. We did, however, get some really fun shots with her and her parents. Take a look...

Some of my own...
I finally get to post some pics of my own family. We went to Utah to visit my mom for T-day and our son came down from Idaho to meet with us. Oh my goodness, what a great weekend (although I have to say, the hardest people to take pictures of have got to be your own family...)

Irma, Chantz and kids
It has been a really busy week and I have enjoyed every minute of it! I love this family as I have watched their children grow over the years. You could get lost in each of their beautiful chocolate eyes! We had a great time heading around to each new place. I will get the rest to you very soon Irma.

The family from the past...
Stacey and I have been friends for awhile -- and my kids have enjoyed their kids for a long time as well. So I felt quite honored to be able to do their family pictures -- especially since Stacey is so into photography. Good luck to the girls as they grow older and leave home one by one (I know, I can hear a sniff from both Mom and Dad). And take a look at the older boys, don't they look like twins? And the youngest boy was their little caboose and is a fireball and full of energy. What a great afternoon. Thanks you guys.
