Meet Charlotte. She was the latest graduate of the SPD Baby program. I am always so sad to see these little ones get to a year because I know it will be a while before I see them again (at least until 18 months). Charlotte was no exception. We went to the park for her 1 year for some family shots and some of just her. She would talk and talk to us, but never made any sense. It was the cutest little jibber-jabber you ever heard.
